Poster Instructions

The submission period is closed.

NOTE: These instruction are for Gallery of Fluid Motion Submissions, NOT for technical posters or posters intended for the Student Poster Competition.

Format

• The posters will be hung on a tack board, with an available display area of 48" x 48" (1.21 x 1.21 m). The posters can be hung with push pins or velcro tape, both of which will be provided at the meeting site

Content

• Posters should contain photographs and/or graphics along with brief explanatory text and the names and affiliations of all authors.

• Multiple entries by the same authors must contain different artwork.

Logistics

• The contributions will be displayed in the Foyer outside Ballroom 20D on the upper level of the San Diego Convention Center. (see floorplan) The award-winning entries will be announced on Tuesday, November 20th, during the morning coffee break.

• Posters must be placed in the Gallery before noon on Sunday, November 18, 2012.

• Place poster in section marked "Gallery of Fluid Motion". Do not place in section marked "Session L1 Poster Session".

• Mount poster in numbered space reserved for it. (Numbers will be assigned after submission window has closed).

• Posters must be removed by 12:00 noon, Tuesday, November 20, 2012.

• At least one co-author must attend the meeting.
